About the Conference
The ACTF regional conference is an annual event in which schools from region 1 gather to celebrate the work of the area’s collegiate theatre students, attend workshops, participate in showcases, and meet industry professionals.

The hotel is home to many of our conference workshops, programs, etc.
Be sure to make your hotel reservations early, as the hotel will book up quickly! Students should check with their school to see whether the school or the student will submit registration and hotel info.
Travel Information
The nearest airport to Albany is Albany International Airport, 9 miles from the hotel.
Albany is also reachable by Amtrak via the Albany-Renssalear Station, 2 miles from the hotel.
You can also take several bus lines to the Albany Bus Terminal, 1/2 mile from the hotel.

Shuttle Service – There are hotel shuttles available for guests which travel to the airport, train station, and within a 3.0 mile radius of the hotel. The shuttles run based upon availability, no reservations are made ahead of time. To request shuttle service please call the Hotel Directly.
While at the Hilton, onsite parking is available in the attached parking garage at a discounted rate of $15.00 per night. The Parking Garage’s height limit is 6’11”.

Oversized Parking – There is limited space available to reserve oversize parking for any vehicles that will not fit in the parking garage. Oversized vehicles can call the Hotel Sales Department directly to reserve side street parking in front of the hotel at least a week prior to arrival, estimate for Bus Parking is $125.00 per day.

There are local parking lots in the area near the hotel as well, one is located at 338 Broadway St, Albany NY 12207 run by LAZ parking, this lot is half a mile away from the hotel. Guests using this lot can also call the Hotel Directly to request shuttle transportation to and from the parking lot.
